Where we ship
We currently ship across India through insured courier partners. International shipping is available on request — please WhatsApp us before placing your order.
Dispatch time
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Made-to-order or customised pieces take 7–14 business days.
Delivery time
Metros: 3–5 business days. Rest of India: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
Shipping charges
Complimentary insured shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Lost or damaged in transit
Every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of loss or transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video for a free replacement.
