Returns & Refunds

7-day return window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for any non-customised piece, provided it is unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging with the invoice and authenticity card.
Non-returnable items
Custom-made, engraved, resized or personalised pieces, pierced earrings (hygiene reasons), and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.
How to initiate a return
WhatsApp us at +91 87965 14981 or email contact@luckycharmboxjewels.com with your order ID and an unboxing video. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, refunds are processed to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation message once the refund is initiated.
Exchanges
Free one-time exchange for size or design within the 7-day window, subject to availability. The difference in price (if any) is collected or refunded accordingly.
